Questions agencies ask us
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name and comment or approve. Reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan, so a client never costs you a seat.
Which AI models can I use?
A curated set of leading image and video models, tagged by what they’re good at (fast draft, hero shot, with audio). We add and swap models as the field moves, so your boards aren’t tied to one vendor.
How do AI credits work?
Each generation has a fixed credit price, shown on the button before you click. Paid seats include monthly credits pooled across the workspace, and you can buy top-up packs. Credits are only spent when a generation succeeds.
Do I have to use the AI features?
No. Plenty of teams use VoxiFrame just for review and approval, and upload their own frames to boards. AI is there when you want to explore faster.
Does it replace my editing software?
No, and it isn’t trying to. You keep cutting in Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut. VoxiFrame covers the start of the job (the board) and the end (review and approval), and exports markers back to your NLE.
Where is my footage stored?
In private cloud storage, encrypted at rest. Reviewers stream lightweight proxies, and original files are only downloadable when you allow it on the link.
